General Terms and Conditions

I. Scope of application

Our General Terms and Conditions apply to the shipment of goods within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the sale of products & services in our branches at Zurich Airport. Deliveries to other countries are not possible. By placing an order, the customer accepts the GTC.

Corresponding sections also apply to established cermony branch(es)

II Conclusion of contract

2.1 The contractual partner is cermony GmbH, Rebbergstrasse 15, 8425 Oberembrach, hereinafter referred to as "cermony".

2.2 Orders are placed online on the order page of the online store at www.cermony.swiss. The offers in the online store are merely an invitation to submit an offer. The order is binding for the customer. The Customer is responsible for the online order and the order is processed without further inquiry as it is received by cermony.

2.3. cermony is free to refuse to process an order at any time without giving reasons. In this case, cermony will inform the Customer. A purchase contract is only concluded when cermony ships the ordered products or confirms shipment to the Customer.

cermony accepts no liability for transmission errors or incorrect entries on the PC by the Customer.

2.4 Appointment bookings for a service are made online. The booking is confirmed by email. Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is canceled at short notice (less than 24 hours before the appointment), either an alternative appointment within one month can be arranged or a fee of CHF 60 per hour of service or pro rata for services that are shorter than one hour will be charged.

III Products

Product and service information in the cermony online store and on the homepage is non-binding and no liability is assumed for the accuracy, completeness or up-to-dateness of the information. Information can be changed by cermony at any time. Likewise, quality standards, indications of origin, samples and specimens of the products are non-binding and can be changed at any time.

3b. Services

Customers are responsible for informing the treating beautician or masseur of any health complaints and restrictions that must be taken into account. Cermony accepts no liability for damage to health.


IV. Prices / Shipping costs

4.1 All prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT. The prices do not include shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4.2 Shipping costs will be charged additionally. The flat rate is CHF 11.50 per order received, but may be higher depending on the weight. From an order value of CHF 90, these costs are waived. The minimum order value is CHF 50. Delivery outside Switzerland or Liechtenstein is not possible.

V. Availability

cermony does not guarantee the availability of the ordered products and reserves the right not to deliver ordered items, for example if they are not available or not available in full. Articles that are not delivered will not be delivered by cermony after they become available and must be reordered if desired.

VI Terms of delivery

6.1 Delivery dates and deadlines are non-binding reference times. The customer cannot derive any rights from non-compliance with them. The customer is obliged to accept and pay for the goods.

Delivery date: If goods are in stock. Order processing only on working days (Mon-Fri) 3-5 working days

6.2 Delivery locations: Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

6.3 Delivery is made by economy mail, on request also by A Mail (additional postage costs will be charged).

VII Terms of payment

7.1 Only an address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein is accepted as the billing address.

7.2 Payment methods for customers with a customer account from the 1st order: American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, Visa, Electron, VPAY or Twint

7.3 Until full payment of the price and all costs incurred, including interest on arrears, the goods remain the property of cermony. If the Customer defaults on payment of the purchase price, cermony is entitled to withdraw from the contract without further ado and to take possession of the goods.

7.4 Service purchases in cermony branches are due immediately in cash or by means of the above payment methods & Twint (see Section 7.2). Unpaid services will be invoiced and must be paid within 5 days. A processing fee of up to CHF 50 per invoice will be charged for additional expenses.

VIII. Right of withdrawal and return of goods

8.1 Goods which the Customer has received in response to his/her order may be returned to cermony by the Customer within ten days of receipt without giving reasons, provided that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The return of the goods is deemed to be a revocation of the order. The return of the goods is at the expense, liability and risk of the customer, unless there is an incorrect delivery on the part of cermony.

Please send returns to cermony GmbH, Rebbergstrasse 15, 8425 Oberembrach. Any returns will be credited to the customer's account. The credit will be applied to subsequent orders placed by the customer with cermony. The credit note will be paid out on request.

IX. Exclusion of liability and warranty

9.1. cermony accepts no liability for errors in illustrations, prices, texts or due to late or non-delivery. When the goods are handed over to the carrier, cermony has fulfilled all obligations arising from the Customer's order and the benefit and risk with regard to the goods are transferred to the Customer. In particular, cermony is not liable in the event that the goods are not handed over directly to the Customer by the carrier, but the goods are deposited on the Customer's doorstep, with a neighbor or similar in the Customer's absence.

9.2 The customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to notify cermony of any defects in writing (by e-mail) within seven days of receipt of the goods. In the event of defects, the Customer only has the right to demand a replacement delivery or a reduction in the purchase price, whereby the Customer is not entitled to these rights in the case of minor defects.

Furthermore, cermony does not assume any guarantee in connection with its website, neither for its content nor for the fact that the website is available to the customer or third parties.

X. Data protection and intellectual property rights

10.1. cermony processes and uses personal data within the framework of the applicable data protection laws for order processing and to maintain customer relationships through advertising measures. The data required for this is only passed on to the service providers commissioned by cermony for the purpose of dispatch. In addition, we refer to cermony's privacy policy.

10.2 All image material used by cermony is protected by copyright and may only be used by the Customer with express consent.

10.3. cermony's Internet pages may contain links to third-party websites. Websites of third parties may refer to cermony websites. cermony accepts no responsibility for such websites and their content, for the products, services or other offers they provide or for compliance with data protection regulations and distances itself from them. The activation of a link is at the user's own risk.

XI. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The legal relationship between the Customer and cermony is subject to substantive Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bülach, whereby cermony is also entitled to take legal action at the Customer's registered office. The registered office of cermony is the place of performance.
