To ensure a relaxing experience at cermony®, we ask that you respect the peaceful atmosphere and privacy of other guests.
Silent cell phones and quiet conversations help us all enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
Health concerns & special requests
Please inform us before treatment of any special requests or health restrictions that we may take into account.
Health complaints such as illnesses, medication (e.g. blood thinners), allergies, recent operations or injuries may be relevant to the treatment.
Pregnancy
We will be happy to advise you on which treatments are recommended for you during your pregnancy. Of course, we cannot accept any responsibility for medical incidents and are happy to implement individual medical advice.
Appointments
To ensure that you can enjoy your time at the cermony® Day Spa and your treatment, we ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes before the agreed treatment time.
In order to be able to offer you the best possible appointment, we ask you to book in good time. Depending on availability, we are also happy to offer you an appointment at short notice. You can book appointments around the clock via our booking system.
Cancellation
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. Please inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before the agreed treatment appointment by email (booking@cermony.swiss) or directly via your appointment confirmation, which you will have received by email.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged in full, including a processing fee, unless the slot can be filled by another client. For cancellations due to medically certified illness or accident less than 24 hours before the start of the appointment, we offer you the option of booking a follow-up appointment immediately and free of charge within one month. Otherwise, we will have to charge you the full cost of the booked treatment plus a processing fee.
As we reserve staff and infrastructure according to your appointment, costs are incurred even if you do not show up.
Late arrival
If you are late, please understand that the treatment time will be reduced in consideration of the next guest.
Duration of treatments
Please note that the specified treatment time includes the entire period reserved for you, from the time you are welcomed to the time your treatment is finnished.
Spa experience
We attach great importance to treating each other with respect. This also means that you are always informed about the treatments, that we enquire about your wishes and that your privacy is afforded the greatest possible protection. It goes without saying that you should treat our employees with the respect they deserve. In the event of a breach of respect of any kind towards the staff, in particular sexual integrity, we will terminate the treatment immediately at full cost and reserve the right to take police action in any case.
